Find Your Joy

The Joy Whisperer podcast, radio, and TV show is dedicated to exploring the science and practice of what it means to live a life of joy though the good, the bad, and the beauty of life.

Joy as Resistance

One of the most effective strategies for combatting injustice is the focused and willful insistence of creating joy in the face of pain, channeling joy as an energy source, and centering joy as collaboration with like-minded revolutionaries. It is the fuel of joy that energizes our resilience, our relationships, our restoration, and our power to resist.

A Call to Action

As The Joy Whisperer, Dr. Pam takes a scientific and pragmatic approach to compel audiences to capture and claim their joy as a means for making a true difference through this journey we call life. With every episode, she reminds us that joy is ours to create, elevate, and sustain.
